Moho came by way of BeOS and been around for Mac OS X since version 2.6, which was released last year. ![]() Text is manipulated the same way as other primitive objects, so you can use Moho for titling and text deformation. Vector-based illustration is supported by Moho, and it includes manipulators for controlling skeletons - useful if you’re working with characters. It can render out to QuickTime and AVI movie files, and is suitable for video, film, or streaming Web animation, according to its developers. ![]() Moho is designed to enable artists to create animated cartoons, and includes drawing and color tools as well as keyframe animation tools, multi-layer compositing and more. ![]() Moho is available for Mac OS X 10.2, “Jaguar,” as well as various flavors of Windows. Has recently released Moho 4.0.1, a new version of their 2D vector-based cartoon animation software.
